If you feel like you’re not quite ready for face to face personal training sessions or just prefer to train on your own I also offer online services that will provide you with tailored programming refreshing every 4 weeks reflecting your needs, at home or in the gym.
My services are powered by Trainerize which is a fantastic platform to track all of your measurements, sets and reps. This platform also provides us with two way messaging so if you have any questions you can ask via the messaging platform anytime or also call, whichever is more convenient for you.
